What we do

Welcome to Stiwdio 37, a Community Interest Company dedicated to providing inclusive employment opportunities. We specifically support individuals with learning disabilities, autism and other workplace barriers in the Rhondda Cynon Taff area.

Our mission is to empower and support these talented individuals to reach their full potential and achieve greater independence, confidence, and a sense of belonging in the workforce. We have set up a variety of small enterprise businesses within the Company to provide work opportunities, and we hope that these can provide a springboard into other workplaces through our community links.

At our Enterprise Hub in Maesycoed, Pontypridd, we offer support and training tailored to the specific needs and abilities of our employees and volunteers. Our experienced and supportive team works closely with each individual to identify their strengths and areas of interest, enabling us to provide personalized training that maximizes their potential.
